This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. Associate Directors are expected to put in a minimum of 10 hours per week and be responsive to emails within 36 hours. STW(tm) welcomes volunteers who are seeking skill-based volunteering opportunity. STW shall provide "letter of recommendation" to interns, students & professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for university credit and/or for professional references. SUMMARY: Manages and supports the Content team in planning and implementation of all social media messaging and growth strategies. Communicate the organization's purpose and activities, as well as developing and promoting the mission. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate social efforts, key media, and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube. Track key market trends and competitive messages to influence the content creation strategy and create the necessary content to address key trends and competitive positioning with POVs, insights, proactive statements, strategic stories, etc. Champion the development of social media and online reputation management standards, policies, and rules of engagement or digital channels that also incorporate measurement tools, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success and determine how to refine/define campaign best optimize performance Seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand and be able to contribute to the development of new product features and tools for social marketing Assist the Director of Social Media in increasing brand awareness and engagement rates. Manage an average of 6 to 8 volunteers and interns. Responsible for promoting the brand, increasing social media traffic and engagement, and developing followers to obtain advertising sponsors and donations. Ensure social media messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects by proofreading all social media content. Manage and keep operational documents current. Assist in developing procedures & documents for the organization. Plan and conduct bi-weekly meetings with the Project Leader - including sending agenda, taking meeting minutes, and conducting follow-up with the Project Leader. EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled in the Master's degree program or comparable work experience (at least 4 years or more full-time paid corporate/non-profit work experience). Experience in managing and optimizing Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram campaigns. Knowledge of Social Media best practices. Experience with Hootsuite is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. SUMMARY: STW(tm) is seeking a talented content creator to draft and edit content for a wide variety of marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing. You will be the primary content creator on the marketing team, and will have the opportunity to work on everything from emails, landing pages and blogs, to brochures and presentations. You will be instrumental in helping us refine the organization’s written tone and style, as we roll out our new branding guidelines in early 2021. The role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional writing skills, and a positive & collaborative working style PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Marketing team by producing content that drives traffic and engagement Plan and create content to influence donations and user retention Understand (or be willing to learn) best practices for SEO and keyword research & placement Develop relevant and engaging content with appropriate brand voice, style and tone Work with the marketing analytics associate to analyze campaign results and optimize content Word with the marketing team (designers, email marketers, and researchers) to collaboratively produce error-free, high quality marketing materials Attend & contribute to weekly Marketing team meetings and other meetings as needed Complete volunteer timesheet on a weekly basis EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience of 1-2 years full time corporate/non-profit work experience) A variety of writing experience (emphasis on digital platforms) preferred Ability to create content and tell stories for different customer personas at different stages of the donor / volunteer / customer life cycle Experience in building a content strategy and editorial calendar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cooperatively with the rest of the marketing team, and correspond professionally and act as a representative of the marketing team when working with others groups Ability to accept constructive feedback, and tailor your writing style to the needs of STW(tm) and the marketing team Experience with content marketing and/or SEO preferred Experience with scientific and/or educational (K-12) writing a plus, but not required A positive, can-do attitude and interest in environmental/public safety work

STW(tm) shall provide "letter of recommendation" professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for professional references. SUMMARY: The Development Director-fundraising will be responsible for building STW(tm)’s Fundraising strategy and driving the execution of all efforts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director shall have 3 subgroups to handle i.e Corporate Partnerships, Digital Partnerships and Grants. The Director will design the strategic roadmap for the organization to execute successful fundraising programs via grants development to federal/state institutions and foundations/non-governmental grants and partner with corporate organizations for sponsorship. The successful candidate will design and executive online and digital programs, and also run special projects for annual fundraising events, leadership giving programs, various charity events & other income sources. Develop and track proposals and reports for all foundations/institutions and corporate companies. Oversee the implementation of a major donor stewardship strategy that enables major gift partners to realize an outstanding experience through their charitable investment of time, advocacy, and financial support. Oversee a department of 10-15 volunteers and interns, holding them accountable for their work, and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and assistance. Communicate regularly with the President and other Directors, as needed; provide monthly reports. Manage and keep operational documents current and assist in developing new procedures & documents. Plan and conduct monthly Development Group meetings, including sending agenda, taking meeting minutes, and follow up. EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: A successful candidate should have expertise and knowledge in creating successful direct mail, marketing materials, online giving appeals including social media, and campaigns including integration of e-commerce platforms for the payment gateway. Experience managing pages on social media and crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Facebook, Crowdrise, GoFundMe). Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp). Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other Customer Relationship Management or equivalent software for managing donor campaigns is preferable Experience in cultivating major fundraising campaigns, Corporate and Personal Philanthropic Donation campaigns and Grant Writing. Successful track record of meeting/exceeding fundraising goals in a nonprofit organization.
